RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We Accept Returns & Exchanges
We accept customers to apply for return or exchange within 14 days after receiving packages. Due to hygiene issues and the custom nature of our product, we will consider exchange only for hair, bundles, closures and frontals. Exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted.
To process an exchange you must contact us at hairville43@gmail.com within (14) days of receipt of your order [Determined by your shipment tracking].
You will be responsible for return shipping.
ALL WIGS ARE FINAL SALE.
Ship return/exchange items within 10 days after receiving packages.
We do not accept return or exchange if:
or A) the hair and package are not in its original conditions;
or B) it's a customized or personalized order.
We Don’t Accept Cancellations
We don’t accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your orders.
Conditions of Return
You may be responsible for the shipping fee in cases of returns that happen due to your responsibilities. The exact fee shall be based on the express company of your choice.
You may not be responsible for the shipping fee in cases of returns that happen due to responsibilities on our side, e.g., damaged and/or incorrect products.
There shall be no restocking fees for you in events of return/exchange of a product.
If request(s) of return/exchange is approved, please do as follow:
- Keep the hair intact and in its original package.
- Do not cut the lace off.
- Send us a waybill number in a case of return/exchange. Or take a picture of the delivery by you or an authorized person.
- We will only refund/exchange when we receive the package and confirm its condition.
